The State of California requires full disinfectation of all portable water lines plumbing code 6.09. This specification is referred to as AWWA standard C-651, a "Disinfection of Water Mains." This service requires a C-36 contractors license and Water Operator training in the "Fundamentals of Water Treatment. 

All Call Disinfectant is fully AWWA C-651 Standard Certified company with QSP, with 35 years of experience.

We can provide you with the latest state of the art 3 hour test, or the standard 24 hour. We will supply all labor, chemical high pressure pump, chemicals and all the test kits necessary to perform the disinfection. We fully record the disinfection process to ensure a complete cleaning of the system. After flushing is complete, we field test to ensure water is back to original baseline.

We specialize in dechlorination of highly chlorinated water by neutralizing it through a specialized dechlor tank. Through this process we are able to dechlor 100's of gallons per min depending on the size of pipe. When we are dechlorinating, we are monitor all chlorine residuals, PH levels and turbidity so it meets all local, state and federal regulations of water discharge. Our onsite QSP keeps us in compliance and records all disccharge numbers.

We will provide a Chlorination Work Sheet for your Mechanical Engineer. We take final samples and then deliver them to an independent certified microbiologist for testing. Finally, we will provide you a Certification of Disinfection and the Microbiologist test result to ensure your system is fully clean based on the AWWA standard.

If you only need the water sampled we perform this service also. We will come to your project take the necessary samples needed, deliver them to a ELAP Certified Microbiologist who will test the samples. We will the provide you with a report from All Cal Disinfectant and the California State ELAP Certified Laboratory.
