About Us
After being in the family plumbing business for over 20 years Karen Rutledge decided to branch out and open ALL Cal Disinfectant. She started All Cal Disinfectant in 2009 when the plumbing code 609.9 "Disinfection of Portable Water" was written. Karen then became certified and licensed to perform AWWA Standard C-651 "Disinfection of Water Mains". Soon after her husband Bob Rutledge contractor joined her. Together with their strong plumbing background they are able to offer their customers best service possible for their projects. .
